Got good-sized and extremely pleasant room with a bottle of water provided, a nice TV, well designed bathroom - always come in handy. There were an electric kettle and refrigerators upon arrival.

The hotel's location was marvellous and handy, just off other activities, Morrinson's supermarket and a taxi. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and excellent all the time. Comforts of family room with a double and single bed were fabulous.
The hotel staff was kind of rude.

The staff was polite and the place was clean. Everything was great, though a few employees were kind of rude. The location was great and handy, relatively near Queensbury park. There was a good restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. A tube station was walk from the property.

The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable beds, ironing facilities, and a well-stocked tea and coffee area. We also appreciated the sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our trip enjoyable.
